 Nuclei of the Italian honeybee, apis mellifera Ligustica, on 3 frames of which at least 2 of extended brood. At least 50% of the wax is less than two years old. Queen F1 Ligustica tested at least one year. Excellent level of hygienic/sanitary conditions. Anti-varroa treatments performed.

 Ligustica has a strong adaptability to different climatic situations and biological and behavioral characteristics that are particularly sought after in modern beekeeping: docility, honeycomb stability, moderate use of propolis, tendency to develop populous colonies capable of storing large quantities of honey with a moderate propensity to swarming and with precocious and prolific queens requested by breeders in many countries.
